Mackersey Development Limited was formed in 2003 by David Mackersey as a stand-alone property development and management company focusing and specialising in Hawke’s Bay commercial properties.
Based in Havelock North, the company today has an extensive portfolio covering Havelock North, Hastings, Te Awanga, Ahuriri and Napier.
From 1988 David managed the family construction company which was started by his father John Charles Mackersey in 1948, as well as having full management responsibility for the extensive family property portfolio.
Today, Mackersey Development Limited specialises in property development, property management and leasing and can attend to all your commercial, retail, industrial or office property needs from development right through to managing and leasing. Our aim is to provide a ‘one stop shop’ to assist the client and provide an all-inclusive service.
